What if our current provider will not cooperate?
It happens. We recover access without them more often than we would like. You do not have to referee.

Your IT person just quit? Change the admin passwords today, find the documentation tomorrow, restore a file by Wednesday.

A provider who has just lost a client is not always gracious. Passwords go unanswered, documentation turns out not to exist, the domain registration is in someone's personal account. We have seen all of it.
What we do about it
We start from what you own. The domain, the Microsoft 365 tenant, the firewall and the servers are yours, and there are ways to recover administrative control of each without the old provider's help. It takes longer than a handover, and it is a job we know well.
You do not referee
We make the requests, in writing, and keep the record. If a former provider is holding something hostage, that is a conversation for us and, rarely, for your attorney. Your staff keep working while it happens.
How to avoid it next time
Everything we set up is documented in your name: domain, licences, admin accounts, passwords in a vault you own. If you ever leave us, you will not need our permission to do it. Ask for that in writing from any provider.
Every new client goes through the same sixty-day onboarding, each step its own ticket, most of it before the contract starts. Nobody wings it.

What is the difference between the onsite plan and the cloud plan?
The cloud plan is helpdesk, monitoring, Microsoft 365, backup and security delivered to you without an on-premises server. It suits smaller businesses that need flexibility or work remotely. The onsite plan adds scheduled visits, emergency onsite response, and hardware we configure in our shop before it ships. Same people, same promises; the difference is the drive.
The full answerIs account management extra?
No. Every client has a named account manager and scheduled reviews as part of the plan. It is the part of the service that keeps the rest from becoming firefighting.
The full answerHow long does onboarding take?
Sixty days from signed contract to the onboarding check-in, on a written timeline. Hardware is built in our shop before it ships, discovery happens twenty days out, and your staff meet the helpdesk by name on day one.
