In the community
We live here. That is most of the explanation.
Sponsorships, teams, clubs and a children's home eighteen hundred miles away. None of it is a marketing programme; it is mostly people here caring about something and the company going along with it.
Around Geneva Lake

One of ours finding the company logo on a sponsor board. This is roughly the level of ceremony involved.
A children's home in Central America
The one that is not a sponsorship. A children's home operating in Costa Rica and Guatemala, doing what foster care would do if the countries could afford foster care: taking in children out of malnutrition and abuse and catching them up educationally, physically and mentally.
Rising government requirements, Costa Rica's in particular, meant they needed real technology infrastructure rather than whatever had been donated. We designed it, built it and still support and secure it remotely today.
The site takes around thirteen lightning strikes a year. One of them blew an access point apart across the open-sided building it was mounted in. The surge protection did its job and the loss was the access point and a switch, which for thirteen strikes a year is a good outcome.
Our partners have been down there a number of times between them, and one trip went to Guatemala. It is the longest-running thing on this page and the one nobody here would drop.
Why any of this is on a business website
Because you are choosing who to let into your building and your systems, and it is reasonable to want to know what the company is like when nobody is buying anything.
We are not going to claim this makes us better at configuring firewalls. It does mean that the people who turn up at your office coach the mountain bike team your kids ride with, and that has a way of keeping everyone honest.
Talk to a partner, not a sales script.
Tell us what is going on. A partner will call you back the same business day, look at what you have, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No pricing pressure, no pitch deck.
