Client training
Some things you should not have to pay us to do.
We train somebody inside your business to handle the routine work, and we give them the material to train everyone else. It reduces what you spend with us, which is the point.
This is not a helpdesk replacement
Call us. That is what we are for, and nothing on this page is an attempt to talk you out of it.
But there is a category of task where it makes no sense for a business to open a ticket and wait: resetting a colleague's multi-factor enrolment when they have a new phone on a Saturday, adding a starter to a password manager, releasing a legitimate email from a spam filter. Small, frequent, low risk, and faster if somebody local can just do it.
So we train an internal administrator at each client to handle those, properly, with the guardrails set so they cannot do damage while they are learning.
What we actually train
Why we would rather you did some of this yourselves
The honest version: these are routine tasks where it makes no sense for a client to pay professional rates and wait for a queue. A password reset is not an engineering problem.
And there is a second reason that matters more over time. A new hire who can be productive on day one instead of sitting idle while a ticket works its way through is worth more to you than the ticket was worth to us.
What is really happening when we do this is that our own internal process gets exported into your business, with room to adapt it to how you work. You end up with a version of our documentation that fits your company, held by somebody who sits in your building.
Does this replace calling you?
No. It covers routine, low-risk, high-frequency tasks. Anything that touches security posture, servers, networks or data stays with us.
What if our administrator leaves?
We train the next one. The material is written down rather than living in one person's head, which is the point of doing it this way.
Does it cost extra?
Training your administrator is part of how we work with you, not a separate product. The saving is on your side, in tickets you no longer need to open.
What if they break something?
The permissions we grant are scoped so they cannot. That is deliberate, and it is why we set it up rather than just handing over an admin password.

Client, 2024 surveyMeet Kristen- A technician who knows your setup takes every request. Not a dispatcher, not a queue.
- Every closed ticket is surveyed and a partner reads every response.
- 99.5% of surveys come back positive.
- Family-owned since 2005. 21 years in the same corner of Wisconsin, not going anywhere.
"Kristen is always fantastic. She knows exactly what to do, is efficient, and professional but caring."
Jody, law firmWho is your internal admin?
Most businesses already have one. They just have not been given the access or the training.

Tell us what is going on. A partner will call you back the same business day, look at what you have, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No pricing pressure, no pitch deck.
