Partnership
We consider ourselves your technology advocate.
An account manager who knows where your business is going, holds your vendors to their promises, and will tell you not to spend money when you do not need to.
Does your IT company know how you make money?
Why do you run a business? What do you sell, who buys it, and where does the margin come from? Why do you put up with the frustrations of running it? Your account manager gets to know all of that, because recommendations only make sense when they line up with what you actually care about. Sometimes the answer is protection, sometimes it is production, and the first question is always the same: how do we help you make more money with technology?
What partnership means here
Every client has an account manager. Not a salesperson with a quota, an advocate who knows your business, your budget and your plans for next year. They meet with you on a schedule, bring a roadmap, and turn "we should probably look at that" into a plan with a date on it.
They also hold your other vendors to account. When the ERP vendor says running the system on a desktop PC is fine, your account manager is the one who says, in writing, that it is not.
Honest and transparent, or told what you want to hear and dealt with later? We are thorough in every recommendation so the project runs on time, on budget and on target, and we keep the tally and show it to you at every review. We are on your side so technology does what it is supposed to do: increase your bottom line.
"We start with where the business is going and work backwards to the technology. Most IT companies do it the other way round."
Pete Weigel, Partner and CEO"Mike C. was spot on. Needed assistance setting up a software license with a third-party vendor. Mike was on time for the pre-arranged meeting and completed the install with no issues. After the install the vendor commented on how easy it went. Mike knew where everything needed to go and facilitated his end without flaw."

The situations that bring most new clients to us, and where an experienced partner earns the fee.
Projects we lead
Office relocations. Mergers and acquisitions, including consolidating three businesses and nineteen years of accounting history into one system. ERP migrations off Great Plains and Deltek Ajera. Cloud services design. Phone systems. New buildings, with the wireless links and cabling planned before drywall goes up.
If a vendor tells you your setup is fine, ask them to put it in writing. The answer changes once it has to be written.

Questions we get asked
Is account management extra?
No. Every client has a named account manager and scheduled reviews as part of the plan. It is the part of the service that keeps the rest from becoming firefighting.
The full answerWill you tell us not to buy something?
Yes, and we have. A recently purchased backup server is a sunk cost worth a conversation before anyone throws it out.

Talk to a partner, not a sales script.
Tell us what is going on. A partner will call you back the same business day, look at what you have, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No pricing pressure, no pitch deck.
