AI advisory
And one thing we did not do five years ago.
Three values still drive the work. What changed is that AI now moves every client's threat and cost environment whether they use it or not. So we built a practice for it: a written policy with signed acknowledgments, an honest survey of what is already running, training on one tool done properly, and the security to match. A good share of the advice is still that a given tool is not worth it yet.
What is already running
AI is switched on by default in software you already pay for, and your staff are using more than leadership knows. We find the real starting point before anyone writes a rule.
A policy people will follow
One page, default deny, with signed acknowledgments so it is enforceable. Ready for your attorney to review. Everything else gets easier once it exists.
Why your costs are rising
Four pressures are converging, and none of them need you to use AI. We will show you which is which rather than let it arrive on a renewal unexplained.
Office moves
Moving? Involve us ninety days before the truck.
We order the internet circuit the week the lease is signed, plan the rack and cabling, coordinate the carrier, electrician and movers, and port the phones so the old address stops ringing on the right day. A complimentary relocation assessment is where it starts.

Two plans
Onsite or cloud. Same people, same promises.
Every client is on one of two plans. They are very similar; the nuance is whether we physically come to you.
Onsite plan
For businesses within about two hours of our Pell Lake office. Everything in the cloud plan, plus a technician in your building when hands are needed, and gear configured in our shop before it ships.
What the onsite plan coversCloud plan
For clients anywhere in the United States. Helpdesk, monitoring, Microsoft 365, backup and security delivered without an on-premises server, hardware shipped configured, and a partner on the phone when it matters.
What the cloud plan coversTalk to a partner, not a sales script.
Tell us what is going on. A partner will call you back the same business day, look at what you have, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No pricing pressure, no pitch deck.
