IT for hotels and marinas
Guest Wi-Fi, point of sale, property management, and a July weekend that tests all three. We have supported businesses like yours since 2005, and we know where the trouble starts.
What breaks, and when
Guest Wi-Fi is the only review a network gets. It has to work in the room, on the dock and on the patio, for a thousand devices at once, on the busiest weekend of the year.
Point-of-sale tablets on a patio share the air with those guests. If the networks are not separated, a full pool deck stops card processing.
Property management and reservation systems are upgraded by their vendors on the vendor's schedule, and the property cannot close for it.
Seasonal staff. Every spring brings a wave of new logins, shared tablets and people who have never seen your systems, and every fall those accounts need to go away.
What we do differently
We designed a wireless network across a marina, hotel, pool and restaurant by surveying on a busy Saturday, not a quiet weekday, and installed it backwards from the Fourth of July. We took a large hotel through an ERP upgrade and property-wide infrastructure rollout as the single point of contact for every vendor, and the front desk did not notice the cutover.
Lake Geneva is our backyard. We know what a holiday weekend does to a property because we are here for it.

What clients in hotels and marinas say
A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a plan. Ask for the date of the last tested restore.
What to actually test TechnologyMulti-factor on email but not on the remote gateway is a locked front door with the back door open. Do all of them.
Multi-factor everywhereCompliance, insurance and audits
Card processing brings PCI requirements: the point-of-sale network has to be separated from guest traffic and documented. Guest data in the property management system falls under privacy rules. Seasonal onboarding and offboarding is where most hospitality security lapses happen, and we run it as a checklist every spring and fall. Cyber insurance applications ask about all of it.
Your first sixty days with us
Survey the property with a crowd on it and produce a wireless design for the peak, not the average.
Separate guest, staff and point-of-sale traffic so one cannot take down another.
Build the seasonal staff onboarding and offboarding checklist and run it before the season opens.
Software we already know
Not on the list? Ask. We have probably seen it.

Can you make Wi-Fi work across docks and outdoor areas?
Yes, with outdoor-rated access points and a design based on where people actually stand. That is a survey, not a guess.
When should we do infrastructure work?
Shoulder season, in small blocks, with rooms taken out of inventory a few at a time. We plan backwards from your first busy weekend.

- A technician who knows your setup takes every request. Not a dispatcher, not a queue.
- Every closed ticket is surveyed and a partner reads every response.
- 99.5% of surveys come back positive.
- Family-owned since 2005. 21 years in the same corner of Wisconsin, not going anywhere.
"Tyler's response time was quick and he solved the problem easily."

Tell us what is going on. A partner will call you back the same business day, look at what you have, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No pricing pressure, no pitch deck.
